Shipping

Your order will be shipped via USPS Ground. You should receive your candles within 3-7 Business Days from receipt of payment. We currently ship only in the United States.

Payment Methods

Items you are interested in purchasing may be done by adding them to your shopping cart. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express through Paypal for online orders.

Money Orders are accepted. Please remember to add the Shipping & Handling Cost of $6.50 to your order and specify the candle scents you would like to order along with your name and mailing address. Your candles will be shipped when the Money Order is received.

Return Policy

My Angel Candle Co. cares about your satisfaction. Each candle is made with care. If ever there is a problem with your purchase or if there is breakage DO NOT discard the items as we will need to inspect them or file a claim with the carrier. If you experience breakage with your order you will be issued a replacement of the broken goods. We pack very well and breakage is rare. If you discard the items before they have a chance to be inspected we will be unable to resolve your issue. Please check each candle carefully, never burn a candle that has even the slightest crack. All issues with orders must be reported within 10 business days of receipt. It is the responsibility of the customer to return any merchandise, but you must receive a Return Authorization before doing so.

Privacy Policy

My Angel Candle Co. respects your privacy. Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by you is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, and billing addresses are used solely to bill the customer for their order.

We do not share customer information with any other company. It is for our internal use only.
